1. In Serial No. 5. Eligibility Criteria of the Technical Bid document of NIT No. 42/DTE(UD&PA)/Tech/2025-2026 dated 17th July, 2025, ‘Sub No. i. The manufactures of the lift should be registered as Class – ‘A’ with Central PWD’ is deleted.
  2. In the Technical Bid document of NIT No. 42/DTE(UD&PA)/Tech/2025-2026 dated 17th July, 2025, the following points should be added as Sl. No. 10 and 11: -
    10.    Payment Terms: 20% after arrival of materials at the site, and 80%     after completion and commissioning of lift.
    11. Free Maintenance Period is 2 years from the Date of Commissioning. 

         All other terms and conditions remain the same.
