Director, Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation Department, Aizawl, on behalf of the Governor of Mizoram, invites item rate tender on two envelopes system for Companies or Firms registered under the Indian Companies Act 2013 or the Mizoram Societies Registration Act 2005, for the works mentioned below

Date and Time for publishing, Downloading, Last Date of online submission of Tender with other documents and other detailed terms & conditions of the Department are available on the Department’s website udpa.mizoram.gov.in or the Government eProcurement system https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app or State Public Procurement Portal at https://tender.mizoram.gov.in/home. Further, prospective bidders are requested to keep watching these websites regularly for any subsequent information/ corrigendum to the advertisement.

Technical & Financial Bid can be submit personally in Hard Copy. Bidders or their representatives may also be present at the time of opening of the Quotations if they so desire

The bidder shall submit the cost of the bid in the form of non-refundable Demand Draft (DD)/Banker’s Cheque of any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank in favor of “DIRECTOR OF UD&PA DEPARTMENT, MIZORAM .” Payable at Aizawl.

The bidder shall submit the Bid Security in the form of Demand draft/Banker’s Cheque/FDR of any nationalized/ scheduled commercial bank in favor of “DIRECTOR OF UD&PA DEPARTMENT, MIZORAM.” Payable at Aizawl.

The tender form and other details can be obtained from the Technical Branch, Directorate of UD&PA Department, MINECO, Khatla, Aizawl, Mizoram on payment of `1500.00 during office working hours from 30^th May, 2025 till 15^th July, 2025.

Last date of submission of bid documents is 11:00 a.m. on 16^th July, 2025 and shall be opened on the same day at 1:30 p.m. in the office chamber of the undersigned.
