On the recommendation of the Mizoram PUblic Service Commission vide letter No.7/A/2008-MPSC Dt.25.8.2022 and in the interest of public service, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to promote Pu Andrew Lalhruaia, Deputy Director (Plan) to the post of Joint Director at Level-12 of the Pay Matrix plus all other allowances as admissible from time to time with effect from 01.03.2023.
