1. In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 14 of the Mizoram Urban & Regional Development Act, 2025, the draft Master Plan for Neihloh Village Planning area is hereby published and a copy of the said draft Master Plan is available for review at the following Offices during the Office hours: -

i. Office  of  the  Chief  Town  Planner,  Town  &  Country  Planning  Office,  UD&PA Department, MINECO, Khatla, Aizawl

ii. Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Serchhip District, Serchhip

iii. Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Thenzawl Sub-Division, Thenzawl

iv. Village Council President, Neihloh

2. If there is any objection/suggestion with respect to the draft Master Plan, the same may be conveyed in writing to the Chief Town Planner, UD&PA Department, Mizoram, Aizawl before the end of sixty days from the date of publication of this notice.

3. The  draft  Master  Plan  for  Neihloh  Village  is  also  available  for  download  from udpa.mizoram.gov.in
